SIPCOT SIMA Training Centre Inaugural Function on 29th November 2018 by Honourable Sri. M.C. Sampath, Minister for Industries, Government of Tamilnadu

M/s. SIPCOT, State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu, was kind enough to hand over the premises inside the estate at K-51, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur – 602 117, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu, to SIMA to create facilities for imparting training to young boys and girls, facilitating a path for their gainful employment.

SIMA has refurbished this facility and installed State of the Art Facilities for Skill Development. The refurbished building was inaugurated on 29.11.2018 by Honourable M. C. Sampath, Minister for Industries, Government of Tamilnadu.

1. Two Air Conditioned halls with a Seating Capacity of 30 and 100.
2. Latest Audio Visual Equipments.
3. Video Conferencing Facility.
4. A Canteen.
5. A Tailoring Class for girls.
6. A Soft Skill Training for School Drop Outs / 10th Pass Students with Job Assurance Tie up with TVS Training Services Pvt. Limited.
7. Tied up with NIQR for Conduct of Various Classes to both Senior Executives and Shop Floor Personnel.
8. Consultancy Services for Industries on various issues, like Labour,Statutory Compliances, Legal etc.
9. A First Aid Centre in the Estate.
10. A Sports Facility is proposed.
